The frame is constructed from Trek’s Alpha Platinum aluminium – strong and reliable without weighing a tonne, it’s the perfect foundation for a versatile shredder. Featuring their Removable Integrated Battery (RIB) system, it not only looks the part but also makes removing and installing the battery simple and easy. Full internal cable routing maintains the Powerfly’s clean aesthetic and keeps all of the cables away from the elements.
Bosch’s tried and tested Performance CX is known for its excellent performance, pumping out up to 250W of additional power with 75Nm of torque, it’s no slouch. Paired with the sizeable Bosch PowerTube 625Wh battery, you can have the confidence to head out on long rides without concerns about battery life. Shifting is taken care of by Shimano’s 1x10-speed Deore groupset, a popular choice thanks to its smooth and reliable gear changes. Tektro hydraulic brakes provide more than enough stopping power with excellent modulation for reduced hand fatigue when heavy braking.
Equipped with an SR Suntour XCM 34 suspension fork and Bontrager XR3 Comp 29x2.30” tyres, the ride is comfortable and makes short work of any trail feature you can throw at it.
