The latest iteration of the Rockhopper hardtail mountain bike leans on Specialized’s decades of experience in mountain-biking to deliver top performance at a reasonable price point.
The lightweight A1 butted aluminium frame is robust and versatile, carefully designed to improve handling and maintain balance when navigating technical terrain thanks to its XC geometry. Featuring neat internal cable routing and compatible with dropper posts, this frame punches well above its weight. The Rx tuned Suntour suspension fork absorbs impacts to improve comfort and stability with up to 100mm of travel that has been optimised to provide the best performance for each specific size.
Specialized’s in-house 27.5-inch rims fitted with Formula hubs keep the Rockhopper nimble and reliable, while crisp shifting is provided by Shimano and microShift drivetrain components offering wide-range gearing to get you up any incline. Radius mechanical disc brakes deliver impressive stopping power in all weather conditions.
