Buying A Bike Online With Hoops

Picking out and buying a new bike online can seem like a daunting prospect. While there’ll never be a total replacement for talking through your needs with an experienced staff member, if you know what you’re after then buying a bike through our online store is actually pretty straightforward. These days, with stock being pretty scarce, nabbing the bike you need ahead of your visit to the shop can save you from disappointment, and multiple trips, too!

Once you’ve picked out the model, size, and you’ll head to the checkout – so far, so normal. Now we come to the delivery options. The short version: we cannot deliver bikes*. Your new bike represents a significant investment, and we consider it our duty to ensure that your first ride on that new bike is as successful as possible. Buy a bike from us online and you will still benefit from an expert setup personalised to you, and our detailed pre-delivery inspection. It’s no surprise that we have people travelling from all over the UK to collect their bikes!

Select the Click & Collect option, and choose the store most convenient for you. Once we’ve received your order, we will be in touch to arrange the handover. Your new bike will need to be built, and may not be at the location you’ve chosen, so please bear in mind that there will be a lead time.

Once we have you in-store, we’ll ensure that the saddle and bars are positioned correctly. On mountain bikes, we will set up the shocks to your weight and adjust the levers to suit your natural grip. On road bikes, we can advise on whether any adjustments may be necessary to improve the riding position and discuss bike fit options to really dial it in. All this complete, and you’re ready to ride away.
