Delivery & Returns

Delivery within the UK

We deliver to UK addresses only. Prices shown on the website do not include postage & packaging charges. All orders up to and including £50.00 will have a postage and packaging charge of £5.00 inc VAT. All orders from £50.01 and above will delivered free of charge. Free Local Delivery applies to any order which includes one or more bicycles and deliveries can made to any address within a 5 mile radius of our Farnham or Walton branches.

Bike delivery

Once we have accepted and processed your order, we will contact you to notify you when your new bicycle is ready to collect.
We can offer a local delivery (within ~5 miles of the shop) for £20, please email us or give us a call to arrange this. Please note, all bikes must be built and properly inspected before delivery, and this may add time to your order. 

We can usually arrange bike deliveries between 9.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday. 

*Please note: we do not ship bikes, but we can ship frames! We do not ship outside of the UK.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 14 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’ with its original packaging and tags with a valid receipt/delivery note.

Returns can also be returned in-store at any of our Hoops Velo stores, including those made online. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in a saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit and debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original transaction; cheque payments will be refunded in cash but due to banking restrictions can only be refunded at least 14 days after the original purchase date. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt/delivery note.

Refunds will be made for faulty or incorrect items returned within 14 working days.
