Trek Procaliber Cross Country (XC) Mountain Bikes

Trek Procaliber Cross Country (XC) Mountain Bikes

Trek Procaliber are their lighter weight Cross Country (XC) race bikes designed for speed and efficiency. They can cover ground faster than some of the entry level or all-mountain bikes thanks to a great choice of components and light frames. They are great if you like the feel of a more efficient bike whether you are racing or just like the higher performance feel.

Trek Procaliber Hardtail Carbon & Aluminium Models

Trek have a couple of hardtail mountain bike families this Procaliber range and the entry level Marlin range. The Procaliber carbon models (9.5, 9.6 & 9.7) feature super light OCLV with IsoBow trail-smoothing technology. The Procaliber 6 & 8 feature Alpha Platinum Aluminium frame that sits above the entry level Marlin models.

Procaliber Built Around Bigger Wheels

Both the Procaliber carbon and aluminium models are currently designed to roll efficiently thanks to their 29” wheels. The bigger wheels helps maintain speed and control and the size that is most appropriate for XC riding. With Pro Riders currently riding and testing the even bigger 32” wheels, we are watching to see what will be launched in the near future.
