Combining Whyte’s trailblazing chassis design with the intelligent and powerful support of the Bosch Performance Line motor, the Whyte E-160 electric-assist enduro bikes will quite simply enable you to ride better, and for longer.
Fire road drags and sudden mid-trail ramps that sap your energy? No longer a problem. Fitted with a 625Wh battery, this eMTB offers more range than most of the competition – you’re always packing your own uplift. The Bosch Performance Line CX motor throws out up to 85Nm of torque, which is more than enough to soak up those sudden ramps that take you by surprise mid-trail. A sophisticated system of sensors constantly provides information on the bike and your riding, to deliver power in a way that feels natural but never leaves you wanting.
Once you’re up at the trailhead, Whyte’s Optimised Trail Offset geometry and a high-performance selection of components are there to help get you down with speed, poise and bags of fun. The OTO geometry pulls the front wheel closer underneath the bike for a more stable steering feel, while a longer top tube maintains the right fit. This steady handling is backed up by a suite of equipment from the SRAM/Rockshox family. The GX Eagle groupset offers a huge range of gears without breaking the bank, while the partnership of a ZEB fork and Deluxe shock keeps the wheels tracking.
